BEFORE YOU START

Getting to know the artist's aesthetic beforehand and good communication during the process is key to success!

HOW IT WORK 

• Send us a commission inquiry (link below);

​

• After the first e-mail, Drica will schedule a phone call to learn more about your ideas and thoughts. Personal details get a lot more clear with a conversation by the phone. To understand and learn how we can create a unique piece for you;

​

• We suggest that you collect data for your ideas, such as photos to be used as a reference, but don't get stuck if you have so many ideas or aren't sure yet. That's why the first phone call is essential for mutual understanding;  

​

• Reserve your spot commission on the calendar with a 50% non-refundable installment. We recommend you to do that at least four months in advance;

​

• The artist will share sketches, photos of the progress, and videos along the way. Consider that only minor changes are allowed;

​

• Once you are 100% happy with the piece you'll make the balance payment, plus shipping;

​

• Your painting will be on its way to you!

PRICING

It all depends on your subject matter and size. Starting at $650 for a 20"x20" canvas.

PAYMENT 

We will send you an invoice upon agreement, and you can pay online via PayPal, credit card, or Venmo. Remember that 50% non-refundable installment is required to begin the process. You make the final payment after completion of the project, before shipping.

SHIPPING 

The client is responsible for shipping and the cost of packing the product. All orders will have a tracking number. The client pays for shipping after artwork approval. For all international orders, canvas size 30"x30" or more will be ship it unstretched, rolled in a tube. Note that we only use high-quality materials for packing.

TIMING

Please allow up to four months for the entire process to be finished.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY 

You must cancel your order before the artist starts the painting. Your installment payment of 50% is non-refundable.

RETURN

All sales are final, except if your artwork arrives with damages. If so, an amount will be determined based on package damage.
